I am in the middle of an obsessive and wild love affair with:
John Mayer (again)
Caramel Hazelnut Steamers (Salt Lake Roasting Company is where its at)
and...Les Miserables (maybe the reason why I love French so much as of late)
Have you ever read something so beautifully written that you have to re-read it at least four more times?
"Each of our passions, even love, has a stomach that must not be overloaded. We must in all things write the word finis in time; we must restrain ourselves, when it becomes urgent, draw the bolt on the appetite, play a fantasia on the violin, then break the strings with our own hand."
I read that 12 times.
Now I'm madly in love with Victor Hugo as well.
I readily recommend these three exceptional loves of my life, because unlike a boyfriend, these I am willing to share.
So dive into this one thousand (plus) page novel, while drinking steamed (flavored) milk and listening to any (and many) of the lovely John Mayer songs.
Until next time, eat a strawberry shortcake cupcake for me.

I am fairly certain that John Mayer is gay. At least, if tabloid covers are to be believed, he makes out with other men.
Thank you for such beautiful excerpt from Les Miserables. I love French literature and wish I could read them in French, but alas, have to make do with English translation for the time being. May I suggust you try another great French master - Proust.
Til then, take care ... :)
P.S. I'm more of a strawberry cheese girl, myself ... ;)
Yes please, I would like some strawberry shortcake cupcakes soon.
You forgot to mention the wild love affair with me Kels, I'm hurt.
